is Self-Paced Training? |

Pre-recorded
training courses on MBS Systems applications available via the
Web for viewing at your convenience. Each course is a short,
concise training module that concentrates on a specific process
or function within an MBS application. This training format
uses streaming-video to deliver the course straight to your
personal computer over the Internet.

How
do I access a Self-Paced Training Course? |

Once
you have browsed our Self-Paced Training library and decided
on a course you wish to take, simply complete the registration
page and click Submit Registration Request. If there is a cost
for the course, an e-mail will be sent to the bookstore director/manager
asking approval to grant you a password and to charge the bookstore
for the course. Upon receipt of approval, we will issue you
a password and send you a confirmation e-mail. The e-mail will
have a link to take you directly into the course, or you can
return to the course page and click YES under "Have you
already registered for this course?"

What
is my User Login? |

A
User Login is a unique user name that distinguishes you from
other users of Self-Paced Training. You choose your User Login
when you register for the first time. In subsequent registrations,
you will only need to enter your User Login and Customer Number
to auto-fill your previous registration information.

How
do I get a password for a course? |
| |
Complete
the registration page and submit it to Systems Training. Upon
approval from your bookstore management, you will receive a
confirmation e-mail and your password.

How
do I pay for a course? |
| |
Upon
registration and approval from your bookstore director/manager,
your bookstore's MBS Customer account is automatically charged
for the course.

What
is my MBS Customer Number? |
| |

How
do I withdraw from a course? |
| |
Contact
Systems Training at 1-800-325-4139, Option 1 BEFORE receipt
of your confirmation e-mail and password.

and password. |

What
if I don't access the course within 7 days of my confirmation
e-mail? |
| |
Your
bookstore was charged for the course (if there was a fee) at
the time you were issued a confirmation e-mail and password.
It is your responsibility to access the course within the 7
days. If you do not access the course within 7 days and still
wish to take the course, you will have to register again and
your store will be billed again.

How
do I obtain documentation for the course? |

Once
you log into a course, you will receive an online documentation
page. Click on the documentation link and print the documentation
associated with the course.

When
I register for a course, what does ASCII vs. HTML mean? |
| |
Some
e-mail browsers can receive information in a graphical view,
this is HTML format. If your browser cannot receive graphical
e-mail, or you do not know, then choose the ASCII format.

What
is the WebEx Player? |
| |
The
video format used to create and play Self-Paced Training courses.
When you access a Self-Paced Training course, The WebEx player
will temporarily install on your personal computer. When you
close the course, the player removes itself from your computer.

How
do I use the WebEx Player? |
| |
The
player is simple to use. When you access a Self-Paced Training
course, the player automatically installs on your personal computer.
You have the option to Start, Pause, Stop, Fast-Forward, and
Rewind the video. When you are finished with the course, simply
close the window/player. Detailed instructions are sent to you
with your confirmation e-mail.
